Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule. Elevate Salon and Spa has a 50% cancellation/reschedule fee if notified in 24 hours or less of your appointment. Elevate Salon and Spa also has a No-show fee of 100% of the service charge when no notice is provided before the booked appointment time. These fee's will need to be paid and processed before booking any future appointments.
